The hotel's rooms are modern but very small, and our room faced towards the street. The service was fantastic with helpful staff, especially Giada, who gave us a wonderful restaurant recommendation. The location is amazing, at the very center of Sorrento, allowing easy access to various attractions on foot. The dining options were delicious, particularly the pancakes, but could have offered more variety. Overall, a great stay with some minor cons worth considering.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a tad small for 4 people but well-maintained, with our personal items organized and a clean, standard-sized European setup.
